MyLife MyPension sends all member statements electronically unless otherwise requested by you.
You access and view all your statements in MyLife Online, at any time:
- you will receive an email when a new statement has been delivered to your MyLife Online account.
- if you change your email address remember to update it on MyLife Online with us.
- past statements will be stored in your MyLife Online account for you to access at any time.
You can change the way you receive statements either over the phone or online via MyLife Online.
